Universal Peace Federation(UPF) ‘Africa Summit’

The Universal Peace Federation announced on the 19th that it host the “2018 Africa Summit” at the Abdou Diouf International Conference Center (CICAD) in Dakar, Senegal, from the 18th for two days.

The opening ceremony was held on the 18th under the theme, “New Africa: Interdependence, Mutual Prosperity and Universal Values,” with a total of about 1,200 people from 60 nations in Africa and other nations, including the founder Dr. Hak Ja Han Moon and Senegalese President, Macky Sall, as well as former and current presidents and prime ministers from 60 different countries throughout Africa.

At the ceremony, participants announced the “Dakar Peace Declaration,” which launched a coalition of members of the African Continental International Associations for Parliamentarians for Peace (IAPP) and the African Continental World Peace and Religion Association, and expressed their determination to resolve peace.
